Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, the Department of Commerce, and the Intellectual Property Office jointly issued a notice to promote the work of "the same line, the same standard and the same quality" of domestic and foreign trade products to help enterprises in Jiangsu Province to improve product quality by benchmarking international advanced standards and promote the integration and development of internal and external markets.




Carrying out the work of "same line, same standard and same quality" of domestic and foreign trade products is an important measure to implement the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council and the Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the 2035 Vision Goals of the People's Republic of China. It plays an important role in effectively responding to foreign technical trade measures, driving domestic related industries to accelerate quality upgrading and guiding consumption return. The work adheres to the principle of coordinated promotion, emphasizes giving full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation, further strengthens the main role of enterprises, the role of bridge and link of industry organizations, the role of technical support of third-party institutions, and the role of government norms and guidance, and forms a work pattern of concerted efforts and joint promotion.




Market supervision departments at all levels are responsible for guiding third-party institutions within their jurisdiction to provide enterprises with services such as comparison and analysis of domestic and foreign product standards and certification testing; Strengthen the supervision of relevant enterprises and product quality, and urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility; Strengthen the supervision of professional technical institutions that provide certification and testing services for enterprises, and urge professional technical institutions to fulfill their main responsibilities; Jointly carry out publicity, promotion and training with the commercial department to help enterprises develop "same line, same standard and same quality" products through self-declaration or entrust third-party institutions to conduct relevant quality evaluation.




The competent commerce departments at all levels are responsible for actively organizing willing foreign trade enterprises to participate in the "same line, same standard and same quality"; Guide and encourage chain supermarkets, convenience stores and e-commerce platforms to sell related products according to local conditions, and set up special areas to better meet the diversified needs of the market; Continue to promote a series of trade promotion and cross-border e-commerce activities such as "Jiangsu Superior Global Travel" and "Jiangsu Superior Digital Trade Global", and guide foreign trade enterprises with strong innovation and international competitiveness to interact and promote the domestic and international "two markets"; Promote related products to enter the China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), China International Consumer Goods Expo, China Processing Trade Products Expo and other domestic and foreign trade integration exhibition platforms, increase publicity and promotion efforts, expand domestic and foreign market influence.


Intellectual property management departments at all levels shall be responsible for strengthening the guidance on the licensing of intellectual property rights of relevant enterprises; Encourage intellectual property service institutions to provide professional services to enterprises; Strengthen intellectual property protection, provide intellectual property rights protection assistance to enterprises, guide and help enterprises to prevent and resolve intellectual property legal risks in product sales; We will support enterprises in improving their intellectual property management and strategic application capabilities.




In the next step, the Jiangsu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau will take the "World Recognition Day" and other publicity points as an opportunity to jointly carry out the "same line, same standard and same quality" publicity and training with commerce, intellectual property and other departments, and guide all localities to help enterprises develop "same line, same standard and same quality" products through self-declaration or commissioning third-party institutions to conduct relevant quality evaluation. Benchmarking advanced standards towards high-quality development, to promote internal and external market connectivity and integrated development.
