After-sales service is the continuation of quality management in the use process, and is an important guarantee to realize the use value of goods. As a remedy for the use value of the product, it can eliminate worries for consumers. Commodity after-sales service certification is an independent innovative service certification project in China, which has opened up a new field of service certification. Certification is mainly based on the "Commodity after-sales Service Evaluation System" national standards and related technical documents, the service ability of the enterprise is evaluated, and the corresponding certification results (star) are obtained. The certification process adopts a scoring system, scoring according to the criteria and relevant elements, and the final score determines the star rating. The "Product after-sales Service Evaluation System" (GB/T 27922-2011) is a national standard issued on December 30, 2011 and implemented on February 1, 2012. This standard specifies the basic elements of the commodity after-sales service system, including principles, indicators and methods. It evaluates the service system, commodity service and customer service of the enterprise, and measures the level of service ability according to the evaluation score, which is displayed by the star.

According to GB/T27922 product after-sales service certification score, evaluate the level of after-sales service of enterprises, and distinguish the degree of different levels. For enterprises with a score of 70 (including 70 points) and less than 5 special deduction points, they will be classified according to the following requirements:

a) Reach 70 points (including 70 points) or above, standard level after-sales service;

b) More than 80 points (including 80 points), 3-star after-sales service;

c) Reach 90 points (including 90 points) or above, four-star after-sales service;

d) Reach 95 points (including 95 points) or above, five-star after-sales service;
