In order to help companies or organizations applying for certification understand the basis of certification fees, GAIA China specially announces the charging principles for certification applications as follows:

1. the cost of the project

GAIA shall formulate the certification scheme according to the requirements of the accreditation rules, and clarify the charges and amounts included with the certification applicant in the form of contract, and shall be implemented after mutual negotiation by both parties. See the following table for the specific description of the charging items:

2. Explanation of price influencing factors

The auditor date at each stage is determined according to the management system information provided by the applicant (including the number of employees, the scope of registration, etc.). If it is different from the actual situation, the auditor day shall be adjusted according to the current situation, and the required increased price shall be formulated in the form of supplementary agreement.

In the case of not passing the audit, the cost of re-examination shall be formulated separately, and the unit price is consistent with the above daily fee.

  Special audit (tracking audit, special site visit) fee are made according to the site situation, or based on possible changes in the management system, the audit fee and daily meeting will be adjusted in time according to the latest situation, and will be signed with the applicant in the form of supplementary agreement.

Different standards of man-day calculation modes are different, and the person-day calculation rules based on which the GAIA are the criteria formulated by the approved party.

The adjustment of other fees of accreditation rules will lead to the price change of certification fees; the formulation of person-day fees will be adjusted with the influence of market factors;

In case of the review of the special requirements of the applicant, the fee items, person-day calculation, unit price, etc. may be adjusted, including but not limited to the following possible factors:

· The person-day rate will also be adjusted according to relevant laws and regulations;

  · The increase of traffic duration (such as outside the country) is required due to the location of the audit site;

· If there are additional requirements that cannot be met by normal audit, such as audit time, auditor qualification and language ability, the auditor day and unit price shall be evaluated according to the actual situation, and the agreement shall be signed after being approved by both parties.

3. Charging method

1. Preliminary examination

Pay 50% of the annual certification fee specified in the contract to GAIA Company. The customer shall timely pay the remaining 50% of the annual certification fee stipulated in the contract to GAIA Company within 30 natural days after the completion of the on-site audit.

2. Supervision and re-evaluation and review:

Before the start of the annual supervision audit or annual reassessment, 100% of the annual supervision review fee stipulated in the contract or 100% of the annual reassessment fee stipulated in the contract shall be paid to GAIA Company.
